Age is just a number: Building an Age-inclusive Company Culture

In support of the Dive In Festival and with thanks to the event sponsor Swiss Re, WiRE hosted an in-person watching party and networking session. The online panel was chaired by Zoe Xie, Client and Distribution Leader at AXA XL.

Zoe challenged the panelists, each representing their own age bracket, to provide more context to the common perceptions of employees through the decades of their lives.

Using steam trains vs bullet trains as an analogy for the age brackets, the audience was guided through the strengths as well as the challenges we face over our careers.

Our audience was left with plenty to discuss and ponder during the networking session which followed the panel.
