ABOUT US

Women in Reinsurance (WiRE) was formed in 2016 by a group of women reinsurance professionals who wanted to provide

a platform for women to share knowledge, discuss issues impacting the industry and contribute to further the development

and promotion of women of the reinsurance industry.

We create pathways into the reinsurance community by fostering an inclusive and supportive network. Through networking, mentorship and peer connections, women are welcomed, connected and encouraged to actively participate in the industry.

Knowledge & Professional Development

We supporting women's professional growth by sharing industry knowledge, practical insights and career experiences. Through technical sessions, market discussions and career conversations, members build expertise across the (re)insurance industry.

AMPLIFY

Visibility & Leadership

We provide platforms for women to be seen and heard. Through speaking opportunities, panel discussions, conferences and initiatives like SpeakEasy, WiRE helps women build confidence, raise their professional profiles and grow into industry leaders.

WOMEN IN REINSURANCE

S I N G A P O R E

Launched in 2016, Women in Reinsurance is a non-profit, volunteer-run association consisting of
Committee Members working across the reinsurance industry. With over 600 network members, WiRE hosts events to inspire and motivate young talents to pursue their ambition and achieve their full career potential as future leaders.  Our events include mentoring, personal development workshops and networking events.
