WiRE Singapore, in collaboration with the Singapore Reinsurers’ Association (SRA) HR Subcommittee, is excited to announce the launch of the HR–WiRE 2026 Mentorship Programme!
This initiative reflects a shared commitment to supporting professional growth across Singapore’s (re)insurance industry. The programme is designed to create meaningful development opportunities, with a focus on nurturing young talent and advancing women professionals within the sector.
Through this programme, participants will benefit from:
Knowledge sharing between experienced professionals and emerging talent
Stronger industry connectivity, fostering collaboration across organizations
Personal and professional development, guided by real-world experience
The Mentorship Programme will run for 6 months, from June to November 2026. Participants are expected to commit to at least six sessions over this period. Upon successful selection, participants will be required to attend a 1.5-hour briefing and workshop session in June.
