In this fifth edition of the “Inspiring Leaders Series” for 2020, WiRE pays tribute to one of our committee members, Ms. Anna Kohls. Ms Kohls joined the WiRE committee in 2016 and we now bid farewell to her as she relocates back to Germany. In this special edition, Ms Kohls shares with us her experience in the Asia Reinsurance market and how this has influenced her leadership style as well as the biggest opportunities available to women today. Besides that, we also discussed her involvement in WiRE and how this has contributed to her career growth.
